We look forward to meeting you on your first visit to our office. During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and learn about your orthodontic treatment. We understand that each patient's orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve. Your first visit will consist of an examination and discussion of potential treatment options. This important visit will address your orthodontic needs to determine if this is the proper time to begin treatment. At this visit, we will take complimentary digital photos of your face and your teeth, along with a panoramic x-ray, so that Dr. Grant can provide you with her professional opinion regarding treatment.
When you begin your orthodontic treatment, additional records will be taken in order to provide a complete clinical diagnosis regarding the nature of the problem and a detailed treatment plan; Our treatment coordinator, Robin, will answer all of your questions, regarding our office policies, along with financial options.
If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office.
